Details Matter

The HTB-100 is compliant with medical standards, IEC 60601-1 V3.1, IEC 60601-1-2 V4.0, IEC 62304, IEC 62366, ISO 14971 and FCC part 18 class B, making it a pre-screened ready-to-use medical computer.  Flexible expansion adds to the HTB-100’s versatility.  The HTB-100 reserves a PCIe x16 slot for add-in expansion such as a high-speed video capture card used for medical imaging inspection during surgery.  The HTB-100 is equipped with an easily maintained flat waterproof top cover to prevent cleaning damage or liquid intrusion which may indirectly affect patients.  A cable cover protects the HTB-100 I/O area from dust and liquid ingress allowing the medical staff to easily manage I/O port cables and make the medical environment cleaning process more efficient.


Rock Solid Performance & Model Longevity

The COM ports incorporate 2.5kV isolation compliant with the IEC 60601-1-2 V4.0 medical standard. The added protection guards against costly equipment damaging power spikes and provides a layer of protection for patients and medical staff.  The HTB-100 is fanless and avoids the added noise, cost and downtime associated with cooling fans.  The ribbed computer heatsink is located on the bottom of the computer making the top of the HTB-100 easier to clean.  An extra case ground pin gives any static electricity a safe route away from the patient and prevents static charges from building up in the non-current carrying conductive case.  The HTB-100 can be mounted vertically or horizontally on a cart or wall with the included mounting brackets.  The system is shock verified and conforms to the MIL-STD-810G 514.6 C-1 vibration standard to withstand repositioning and the rigors of cart movement.  Powered by a long life cycle 6th-Gen Intel® Core™ Skylake i5/i7 processor and advanced DDR4 memory, the HTB-100 can power through CPU intensive tasks and effortlessly tackle the 4k video processing demands of a busy operating room.


Specially Designed I/O

2x RS-232 and 2x RS-232/422/485 COM ports support 2.5kV isolation conforming to the IEC 60601-1-2 V4.0 medical standard. 2 x RJ-45 PCIe GbE ports are available using an Intel® I211 controller.  Expansion includes 1x PCIe x16, 1x Half-size Mini PCIe, 1x Full-size Mini PCIe (supports mSATA, muxed with SATA) and 1x M.2 A & E key (2230/ USB or PCIe).  Flexible input requirements include a 12 – 28 VDC wide range input @ nominal 19V and 4.4A.  Display technologies include 1x VGA @up to 1920 x 1200, 60Hz and 1x HDMI 2.0 @Up to 4096 x 2160, 60Hz and 1x iDP (optional).  4x USB 3.0 and 2x USB 2.0. Available wireless communication 1x 802.11a/b/g/n/ac 2T2R option.  Data storage is addressed with a 1x 2.5-inch SATA 6Gb/s HDD/SSD bay.
