A 2.9 x 5.5 x 6.8 inch footprint ensures this industrial DIN-rail embedded controller can be deployed in a restrictive space.  The quiet fanless design guards against intrusion of airborne contaminants.  Shock tested and built to withstand vibration per MIL-STD-810F standards.  A generous -20 – 60°C operating temperature provides flexibility when considering placement in factory environments.  With the optional IRIS-2400 module, the DRPC-120 can complete your IoT application with advanced remote control features, such as power management and control, remote KVM for device status monitoring and the ability to send active alerts and warning messages by e-mail or SMS.

A long life cycle quad core industrial extended temperature Intel® Atom™ E3845 CPU boasts a miserly 10W TDP for cooler operation under load.  Main I/O and Display are front accessible.  The wide-range 9 – 28 VDC input accommodates most power environments and eliminates the need for a separate power adapter in most applications.

The Right I/O For Your Project

The DRPC-120 designers put the critical I/O up front where it belongs.  3Kv isolated COM ports for extra protection in high ESD factory environments;  2x RS-232 and 2x RS-422/485.  2x USB 3.0 and 2x USB 2.0 connectors.  Two GbE RJ-45 ports are included with a 1x  PCIe GbE Intel® I210 controller and 1x PCIe GbE Intel® I211 controller.  Top side connections include 8-bit DIO, 4-bit input/4-bit output, 1x VGA and 1x HDMI @ up to 1920 x 1200, 60Hz.  Bus expansion includes 1x Half-size PCIe Mini slot (w/o USB signal) and 1x Full-size PCIe Mini slot (supports mSATA, muxed with SATA).  Communication includes optional wireless capability with 1x 802.11a/b/g/n/ac.
